installing a flagpole in the ground, then you need to decide the place or yard
where PVC pipes are used to hold the pole.

place to install flagpole with marking position on the ground which is very
important with checking of wind speed in that area as wind’s speed affects
flagpole.

After
concrete setting has been done for 24 hours of rest, measure 42 to 43 inches
from the bottom and drill holes of up to 0.62-inch bolts for cleating the
center on the pole halyard.
